跟骨钛板内固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折30例疗效观察

目的：探讨跟骨钛板内固定治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的方法及临床效果。方法：回顾性分析均为2008-07～2010-07我院治疗的粉碎性跟骨骨折患者30例38足的临床资料。结果：手术后进行随访,时间为8～24个月。Bohler角测量,恢复正常28足,30°～40°者8足,25°～30°2足;AOFAS评分,优18足,良16足,可2足,差2足,优良率达89.47%。所有患者骨折均全部愈合。结论：跟骨钛板内固定治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折疗效明显,值得临床推广。

Calcaneal Plate Fixation of Comminuted Calcaneal Fracture Efficacy

Objective：To investigate the calcaneus plate fixation of comminuted calcaneal fracture and clinical effects.Methods：A retrospective analysis are from July 2008 to July 2010 in our hospital of comminuted calcaneal fracture treated 30 patients The clinical data of 38 feet.Results：After surgery were followed up for 8 to 24 months.Bohler angle measurement,returned to normal 28 feet,30°～40° in 8 feet,25°～30° 2 feet;AOFAS scores were excellent in 18 feet,good in 16 feet,2 feet,poor in 2,good rate of 89.47%.All fractures healed in all patients.Conclusions：Plate fixation for comminuted calcaneal calcaneal fractures was worthy to be popularized.
