| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨健康教育对南山牧区哈萨克族原发性高血压患者遵医行为的影响.方法 采用自身对照整群抽取乌鲁木齐南山牧区252例哈萨克族原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,实施连续10个月、以社区健康教育为主要手段的高血压病综合干预.结果 患者服药依从性、门诊随访、饮食依从性等均有明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 健康... |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the effects of health education on the treatment compliance of Kazak patients with primary hypertension in Nanshan pasturing area of Urumqi. Methods By using cluster sampling method, a total of 252 Kazak hypertensive patients received a 10 - month comprehensive intervention, mainly by community health education. A self- control and quasi - experimental study design was adopted. Results The medication compliance, outpatient follow - up rate, and diet compliance were significantly higher than before （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Health education can effectively improve self - care sense of patients with primary hypertension and enhance their treatment compliance in some aspects. |
