| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的效果。方法:228例脑梗死患者分为A、B、C、D组,分别应用丹参滴注液、曲克芦丁氯化钠注射液、盐酸川芎嗪氯化钠注射液、银杏达莫注射液治疗14d,运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果:A、B、C、D组总有效率分别为61·54%、70·00%、96·67%、100·00%,成本分别为252·00、338·80、736·40、998·20元,成本-效果比分别为409·49、484·00、761·77、998·20。结论:C方案较佳。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy of 4 medication schemes for cerebral infarction.METHODS:A total of 228 patients with cerebral infarction were assigned to receive Danshen injection(Group A),Qukeluding sodium chloride injecti-on(Group B),Ligustrazine sodium chloride injection(Group C) or Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection(Group D) for 14 days.RESULTS:The total effective rates of Groups A,B,C and D were 61.54%,70.00%,96.67% and 100.00%,respectively.The costs of the 4 groups were 252.00,338.80,736.40 and 998.20 yuan,respectively.The cost-effectiveness ratios were 409.56,484.00,761.77 and 998.20,respectively.CONCLUSION:Scheme C is preferable among the 4 schemes. |
