| 摘 要： | 目的：应用ＣＫ及２ＤＥ技术对比研究冠心病患者节段性室壁运动异常,旨在探讨ＣＫ技术在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法：本研究对５８例经确诊的冠心病患者及３０例正常组应用ＣＫ及２ＤＥ技术检测其室壁运动幅度,并进行对比分析。结果：ＣＫ技术显示冠心病组异常节段室壁运动幅度明显低于正常对照组,易与正常节段鉴别,检出ＲＷＭＡ的节段数略高于２ＤＥ。结论：ＣＫ图像较２ＤＥ显示直观,测量简单,具有临床应用价值,可作为对

A Comparative Study of Color Kinesis and Two-dimensional Echocardiography on the Diagnosis in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease |

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the clinical application values of color kinesis(CK) and two dimensional echocardiogrphy(2DE)on the diagnosis of coronary artery disease(CAD) Methods:The endocardial motions were measured by CK in 58 confirmed CAD patients and 30 control subjects The findings of regional wall motion abnormalities (RWMA) were compared with 2DE.Results:Magnitudes of infarcted or ischemia area endocardial motion in CAD patients were lower than in normal subjects Abnormal segments in patients with CAD could easily be detected from normal ones.Conclusion:CK is directly displayed,it can be simply measured It has great value in clinical application and should be used as an additional method to 2DE in routine diagnosis programme. |
