弹性颅内动脉瘤的数值模拟分析

摘    要:目的探讨弹性颅内动脉瘤血流动力学变化,分析动脉瘤壁的力学特点对其的影响。方法结合数字减影血管造影(DSA)影像,借助计算流体力学(CFD)有限元方法的软件,采用计算流体-固体耦合分析,研究颅内动脉瘤弹性壁模型中的血液流动和管壁运动的相互耦合过程,及其对血流动力学数值模拟结果的影响。结果弹性壁时动脉瘤形态发生改变,动脉瘤和载瘤动脉的夹角也发生改变,使射入流在动脉瘤内的流场分布和壁面剪应力在动脉瘤壁表面分布受到影响。结论CFD数值模拟能直观反映动脉瘤的血流动力学特点;为了更好地进行颅内动脉瘤血流动力学参数的定量分析,应该采用更为准确的弹性壁模型。
