| 摘 要： | 作者应用Slotted髓腔棒内固定治疗胫腓骨开放粉碎性骨折20例,其中Ⅱ度损伤17例,Ⅲ度损伤3例。经平均1.5年的随访,骨折均愈合,无感染。胫骨上段骨折平均愈合时间4.3个月,中下段8个月。膝、踝关节功能良好。

| Abstract: | Twenty cases with open comminuted fracture in leg have been treated by intramedullary fixation with Slotted rod. Among them .traumatic II is in 17 cases- and traumatic III in 3 cases- After an average 1. 5 year follow-up. all fractures were healed and no infection occured. The average of fracture healing time on upper part of tibia was 4. 3 months and midlle -lower part. 8 months- Functions of knee and ankle joint is good. |
