血栓通注射液对随意皮瓣成活的影响研究

目的研究血栓通注射液对随意皮瓣成活的影响。方法将24只健康SD大鼠随机分为2组,各12只,均构建大鼠背部随意皮瓣模型。实验组每只大鼠每天腹腔注射血栓通注射液150mg/kg,对照组每只大鼠每天腹腔注射等量0.9%氯化钠注射液,术后7 d观察皮瓣成活大体情况、皮瓣病理改变情况及采用免疫组化法检测血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达。结果实验组皮瓣存活率明显高于对照组（〈0.01）。实验组皮瓣远端VEGF的表达高于对照组（〈0.01）。讨论血栓通注射液能通过刺激VEGF表达来增加局部血管形成,从而促进皮瓣的成活。

Effect of Xueshuantong Injection on random skin flap survival in rats

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of Xueshuantong Injection on improvement of random flap survival.Methods Twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into the experimental group（n=12） and the control group（n=12）.The experimental group was treated with Xueshuantong Injection（150 mg/kg,per day）,and the control group was treated with normal saline.The viable area and survival rate of all flaps were observed 7days after the operation.Pathology changes of the skin flap were observed by HE staining and the expression of the vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） were tested by immunohistochemistry.ResultsThe survival rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）.The vascular perfusion of experimental group was more than that of control group.VEGF expression of distal flap in experimental group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Xueshuantong Injection increases the survival rate of skin avulsion flap by means of advancing VEGF expression and vascularizing of cutaneous microcirculation system.
