| 摘 要： | 为探讨血清分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)与病毒性肝炎(肝炎)之间的关系,本文用放射免疫法测定了50例正常人和152例肝炎患者血清SIgA的水平。结果表明,各型肝炎血清SIgA均显著升高,并与谷丙转氨酶(ALT)大致成平行关系,与黄疸指数(Ⅱ)呈显著正相关。初步观察,血清SIgA的测定对肝炎的病情监测及预后判断具有重要临床价值。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the relationship between the serum SIgA and viral hepatitis, the serum SIgA levels in 50 case of controls and 152 cases of hepatitis patients were measure by radioimmunoassay. The results indicated that the values of serum SIgA in all types hepatitis patients were higher than that of control and a significant correlation were observed among the serum SIgA levels, the ALT levels and the icterus index levels. The measurement of serum SIgA is of great importance in clinical practice. |
