CT诊断复发性鼻咽纤维血管瘤的临床价值

目的　提高对复发性鼻咽纤维血管瘤CT表现的认识 ,协助临床设计手术方法和评价预后。方法　回顾性分析我院自1999～ 2 0 0 2年来遇到的 18例复发性鼻咽纤维血管瘤的CT表现 ,并与临床手术所见对比分析。结果　CT显示大多数复发性鼻咽纤维血管瘤密度高而均匀 ,增强显著 ,边界清楚 ,伴有骨质受压和吸收。较多侵犯的部位为 :鼻咽 (18/ 18) ,翼腭窝 (16/ 18) ,蝶窦 (8/18) ,颞下窝 (12 / 18) ,颊部 (16/ 18) ,诊断准确率 94.4%。结论　CT对于复发性鼻咽纤维血管瘤的诊断、确定瘤体范围、提供手术径路及预后评估有重要的价值

The Clinical Value of CT in Diagnosing the Recurrent Angiofibroma of Nasopharynx

Objective To improve the knowledge of CT manifestations of the recurrent angiofibroma of nasopharynx for surgical treatment planning and evaluation of prognosis.Methods CT manifestations compared with the operation finding in 18 cases with angiofibroma of nasopharynx from 1999 to 2002 years in our hospital were retrospectively analysed.Results The most of the recurrent angiofibroma of nasopharynx were of high and uniform density, definite boundary, absorption and compression of bone. The location of tumors were in nasopharynx(18/18), fossa pterygopalatina(16/18), sinus sphenoidalis(8/18), fossa infratemporalis(12/18),and pars buccalis(16/18). The ratio of accuracy was 94.4%. Conclusion CT is valuable for the diagnosis,the treatment planning,evaluating the extent and the prognosis of the angiofibroma.
