医院图书馆员如何整合网络上瞬息万变的繁多信息,使之有序化,且适合医院发展需要,提供个性化的信息服务?笔者认为,充分利用医院图书馆内的资源数据构建一个专业数据库,结合本院的业务发展,搭好检索平台,有的放矢地开展个性化信息服务,更好地为医院的医、教、研服务,是医院图书馆的重要工作,也是我们图书馆员的当务之急。

SET UP DISCIPLINE DATABASE TO PROVIDE SPECIAL TOPIC SERVICE

As a librarian in the hospital, how to integrate the various information in the network, to make them ordering and fitting the developing requirement of the hospital? This paper explored that the answer is the establishing of subject database with resource database of the library, the founding of retrieving platform, and the developing of individualized service. They are important task of the hospital library and the librarians.
