摘    要:比较青,老年大鼠肝脏病理结构,并观察维生素E(VE)对老年大鼠肝脏的影响。结果显示,老化肝脏血窦明显扩张,肝细胞排列力显疏松,肝小叶中央静脉周围肝细胞排列紊乱,肝细胞的增龄性改变包括膜退行性变,胞浆内脂滴增多,细胞器(如线粒体)数量的减少和形态的改变等,线粒体的老化非同步进行,部分率先受损。其增龄性改变主要是嵴变短,空泡化和破裂,24月龄组线粒体的平均面积较6月龄对照组高47.5%,平均数目低33

Abstract:Morphology of rat livers of different ages were observed and the protective effect of vitamin E were studied. The results showed that the hepatic sinus of the aged liver were enlarged and the arragement of hepatocyte(HC) was more irregular than that of the non aged. The 24 month old HC presented degenerative changes mainly present more lipid droplets, and morphologically decayed mitochondria with short cristae as compared with the younger rats. The mean sectional area mitochondria of 24 month old HC was 47.5% higher than that of 6 month old one with a mean decrease of 33.3%. The Kupffer cells of the aged liver had more regular morphology and less pseudopodia. Vitamin E pretreatment evidently alleviated the degenerative changes. The results indicate that significant age related changes of the liver occurred in rat ageing and vitamin E pretreatement has some protective effects.
