小针刀治疗枕神经卡压性头痛的临床研究

目的:研究小针刀治疗枕神经卡压性头痛的临床疗效。方法:采用完全随机抽样法将研究病例分针刀组62例,对照组(单纯口服卡马西平)37例,对两组临床疗效及疼痛缓解时间进行评定。结果:针刀组治愈50例,好转9例,无效3例,总有效率95.16%。对照组治愈5例,好转20例,无效12例,总有效率67.56%,两组治愈率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),针刀组临床总疗效优于药物组(P<0.05),疼痛缓解时间针刀组优于对照组。结论:小针刀治疗枕神经卡压性头痛疗效显著,疼痛缓解时间短,临床治愈率优于药物治疗,其治疗方法较简单且并发症少,治疗费用低,有推广价值。

Treating Experience of Headache Induced by Compression of Occipital Nerves with Small Needle Knife

Objective: To study the effect of treating headache induced by compression of occipital nerves with small needle knife.Method:All the cases were divided into small needle knife(62 cases) group,and control group(treated with carbamazepine) 37 cases.and then evaluated the clinical effect and the time of pain reliefing.Result: In small needle knife group,50 cases were cured,9 cases were better,3 cases were none effective,the total effective rate was 95.16%.In control group,5 cases cured,20 cases were better,12 cases without effect,the total effective rate was 67.56%.There's significant difference between two groups,(P<0.01).The total effect and time of pain reliefing were superior to those in control(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can shortern the time of pain reliefing and with better effect,less complication,lower cost to treat headache induced by compression of occipital nerves,and the cure rate was high.
