| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Levovist超声造影在肝癌中的作用。方法：经手术或穿刺病理证实的12例肝内实质占位病例，患者均经肘静脉一次注射浓度为400mg/ml，总量为6－7ml的Levovist，平均注射时间为120s，超声仪选用美国Acuson128XP/10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，探头频率3．5MHz，造影前后各种参数均保持一致，结果：12例患者证实为原发性肝癌7例，肝血管瘤2例，肝脏炎性假瘤2例，肝血管瘤合并炎性假瘤1例，共有病灶13个。所有病例造影前彩色多普勒均未能显示彩色血流信号，造影后11个病灶均见彩色血流信号（Ⅰ-Ⅳ级），其中肝癌级血液增强程度（Ⅱ-Ⅳ级）明显强于肝良性病变组（0－Ⅰ级）；多普勒均测及动脉血液信号，肝癌组的阻力指数（平均0．83）明显高于肝良性病变组（平均0．55）。同时，超声造影使本组的诊断符合率从造影前的23％（3／13）提高到100％（13／13）。结论:Levovist超声造影对肝癌诊断有很大的帮助。
