人工股骨头置换术围手术期护理体会

目的：探讨人工股骨头置换围手术期的护理措施。方法：对我科2001～2006年18例人工股骨头置换术患者围手术期的护理，康复训练指导的护理进行回顾性总结。结果：18例人工股骨头置换术病人大大缩短了病人的卧床时间，降低了病死率。住院时间2——3周。结论：术前积极治疗原发病，控制感染，给予良好的心理护理，术后密切观察病情变化，讲解康复锻炼的重要性是手术取得成功的重要因素。

On Perioperative Nursing of Artificial Femoral Replacement

Objective. To explore the perioperative nursing ways of artificial femoral replacement. Methods： Making a retrospective analysis on the perioperative nursing and recovery training guidance care for 18 cases of artificial femoral replacement during the period of 2001～2006 in our department. Results： 18 cases＇ lying-in-bed time is significantly shortened and the death rate is lowered. Conclusion： Preoperative treatment of the primary disease actively, control of infection, satisfactory mental nursing, intimate observation of patients＇ physical condition and emphasis on recovery exercise serve to be important factors of successful surgery.
