腹股沟斜疝嵌顿的发生机制探讨

目的探讨腹股沟斜疝嵌顿的发生机制。方法对150例腹股沟斜疝嵌顿患者，根据年龄大小、患斜疝及嵌顿时间的长短，实施腹股沟斜疝嵌顿松解术时，采用不同的麻醉方法；术中仔细观察疝内容物的还纳情况，分析各种因素在斜疝嵌顿过程中所起的作用。结果150例中，麻醉起效后疝内容物还纳25例，占16．7％；切开外环后疝内容物还纳65例。占43．3％；切开疝囊后疝内容物还纳38例，占25．3％；切开疝囊颈后疝内容物还纳22例．占14．7％。结论腹股沟斜疝的嵌顿部位是多点位的，并不是某一部位的单纯嵌卡，而是先后由多种因素的复合作用造成的。

MECHANISM OF INCARCERATION OF INDIRECT INGUINAL HERNIA

Objective To explore the mechanism of incarceration of indirect inguinal hernia.Methods Different anesthesia approaches were adopted when relaxation of incarceration was performed in 150 cases of indirect inguinal hernia according to their ages and the periods of time.The reduction of contents in the hernia was observed carefully and the roles that variety of factors played were also analyzed.Results 25 cases (16.7%) got reduction after aneshesia application.65 cases (43.3%)got reduction after the incisions of external hernia circles.38 cases (25.3%) got reduction after the incisions of hernia sacs.22 cases (14.7%) got reduction ofter incisions of the necks of hernial sacs.Conclusion Incarceration occurs in different positions,not being simple in certain positions.It is caused by many different factors successively.
