中医辨证治疗强直性脊柱炎60例临床观察

目的：探索中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法：对明确诊断为强直性脊柱炎患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例，对照组30例，均采用激素、非甾体抗炎药、柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片（SASP）和甲氨喋呤片（MTX）联合口服，抗炎、免疫调节为基础治疗，治疗纽风湿活动期加用中药汤剂祛风除湿，舒筋活络；稳定期采用补肝肾、强筋骨，健脾祛湿，逐瘀化痰通督的方法。结果：治疗组总有效率93．3％，对照组总有效率63．3％，经检验两组疗效比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合是治疗强直性脊柱炎的一种有效方法。

Results： The total effective rate was 93.3% in the control group, the total efficiency of 63.3%, after testing efficacy difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ankylosing spondylitis in an effective way.
