消瘀止痛药膏治疗急性软组织损伤临床研究

目的：探讨《中医伤科学讲义》的经验方消瘀止痛药膏对急性软组织损伤的疗效。方法：我们将治疗组用消瘀止痛药膏一帖敷贴患处，以绷带包扎固定，每日1次，连续7天；空白对照组，患处局部不用外用药；两组的基础治疗口服云南白药胶囊2粒，每日三次。根据临床症状疗效评价，采用临床症状前后积分公式：（治疗前病状积分一治疗后病状积分）／治疗前病状积分×100％。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，临床症状疗效评价有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：临床观察证明消瘀止痛药膏治疗急性软组织损伤有较好的疗效。

Clinical research on acute soft tissue injury with Xiaoyu Zhitong cream

Objective： To investigate the effect on acute soft tissue injury by Xiaoyu Zhitong cream. Methods： Treating treatment group by Xiaoyu Zhitong cream, and the control group without it. Used of the integral formula based on clinical evaluation of clinical symptoms： （Integral symptoms before treatment-Integral symptoms after treatment） / Integral symptoms before treatment × 100%. Results： The effect of treatment group is better than the control group, The clinical evaluation of clinical symptoms have significance difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The clinical observation is proved the better effect of treating acute soft tissue injury with the Xiaoyu Zhitong cream.
