| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医辨证施护在慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者中的实施效果。方法：将40例患者分为2组，对照组采用传统健康教育方法，试验组采用辨证施护健康教育。比较2组患者相关知识的掌握情况及对护理工作满意度。结果：试验组接受健康教育的效果和对护理工作的满意度均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：辨证施护健康教育能提高健康教育效果和满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the implementation effect of TCM nursing in differentiation in chronic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods： 40 cases of patients were divided into two groups, to treat control group by traditional health education, to treat experiment group by nursing in differentiation. To compare the learning situation of knowledge and the satisfaction of nursing work between two groups. Result： The learning situation and satisfaction of experiment is higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The nursing in differentiation can improving the effect and satisfaction of health education. |
