头针联合运动疗法治疗脑卒中后遗症的临床观察

目的：探讨头针联合运动疗法治疗脑卒中后遗症的方法及临床效果；方法：回顾性分析2007年1月至2010年1月我院采用头针联合运动疗法治疗脑卒中后遗症患者90例的临床资料；结果：治愈率为53．3％（48／90），总有效率93．3％（84／90）。病程3个月以上与病程在3个月以内的疗效相比，差异有显著性（P〈0．05），轻症患者与中症、重症患者的针刺疗效相比，差异有显著性（P〈0.05）；结论：病情的轻重程度是影响疗效的重要因素之一，及时的采取头针联合运动疗法治疗脑卒中后遗症能提高治疗效果及患者的生活质量。

Clinical observation on treating sequelae of stroke by head acupuncture plus exercise therapy

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of treating stroke by head acupuncture plus exercise therapy, Methods retrospective analysis on January 2007 to January 2010, our joint movement by head needle therapy for patie -nts with cerebral apoplexy sequela 90 cases of clinical data, Results the cure rate of 53.3% （48）, the total effective rate of 90/93.3% （84/90）. Course over three months and course in three months, compared the effect than there was signi f-icant difference （P〈0.05）, light in patients with severe disease, compared with acupuncture, there was significant differ -ence （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the degree of disease is one of the important factors that affect curative effect, timely take h -ead needle combined movement therapy can improve cerebral apoplexy sequela therapeutic effect and the quality of lif-e of the patients.
