纳干法配合针刺敏感点治疗肩周炎的临床研究

目的：通过对纳干法配合针刺敏感点治疗肩周炎并观察其疗效。方法：将60名符合入选标准的肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。通过对两组病例治疗前后的肩关节运动功能、疼痛评定、肩关节活动度以及临床疗效的观察，根据纳干法配合针刺敏感点治疗肩周炎患者，并对其临床疗效作出客观的评价。结论：研究表明，不论是纳干法配合针刺敏感点治疗肩周炎还是常规针刺治疗肩周炎，均能获得满意疗效。但在同样疗程情况下，治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组，其治愈率比较有非常显著性差异，且症状减轻所需时间亦明显较对照组短，同时，在缓解肩周炎疼痛、改善肩周炎患者肩关节的运动功能以及肩关节的活动度方面，治疗组也明显优于对照组。

The clinical research of treating scapulohumeral periarthritis by noy dry method combining with acupuncturing sensitive points

Objective treating scapulohumeral periarthritis by noy dry method combining with acupuncturing sensitive points, and observing the therapeutic effect. Methods Sixty scapulohumeral periarthritis patients corresponding to admiting standards are divided randomly into two groups of treat and control, by observing the movement of shoulder joint, soreness evaluation, the activity of shoulder joint and curing effect in anteroposterior of reating,according to noy dry method combining with acupuncturing sensitive points, scapulohumeral periarthritis patients are treated, objective evaluation of clinical effect are concluded. Conclusion The research shows that if we treat scapulohumeral periarthritis by noy dry method combining with acupuncturing sensitive points or conventional acupuncturing we can gain satisfactory effect. But in the same condition of treating, the effect of treat group surpasses obviously that of control group. The comparison for healing rate differs widely. The treat group surpasses obviously control group for the time of symptoms lessening, relieving soreness, improving the moving function and activity of shoulder joint.
