| 摘 要： | 目的：在腹腔镜治疗的基础上，观察中药治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕的疗效。方法：选择68例因子宫内膜异位症性不孕在佛山市第一人民医院行腹腔镜治疗后的病人，随机分成中药组及西药对照组各34例，中药组通过经期点滴中药制剂，经期经后口服中药治疗，西药对照组采用GnRH-a治疗，观察两组的疗效。结果：治疗组的治愈率明显高于西药对照组。结论：中药结合腹腔镜在治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕者有很好的疗效，治愈率达65％，总有效率达97％。

Clinical observation on treating 34 cases of endometriosis infertility in TCM with laparoscopic |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of treating endometriosis infertility in TCM based on the laparoscopic treatment. Methods： 68 cases of endometriosis infertility were randomly divided into 34 cases of tradition -nal chinese medicine group and 34 cases of western group. Treating traditional chinese medicine group in TCM. Treat -ing western group by GnRH-a. To observe the effect of two groups. Result： The cure rate of treatment group is greater than western group. Conclusion： Treating endometriosis infertility by chinese medicine combined with laparoscopic have a good effective. The cure rate is 65%, and the total effective is 97%. |
