自拟保肾汤剂治疗肾病综合征50例观察

目的：探讨自拟保。肾汤剂治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：将100例肾病综合征患者随机分成两组，治疗组50例给与自拟保肾汤剂和西医治疗，对照组50例西医治疗。结果：治疗组较对照组其完全缓解率26．0％和总有效率为92．0％（P〈0．05），尿蛋白量、血清肌酐、甘油三脂等改善明显（P〈0．05）。结论：配合自拟保肾汤剂可加速肾病综合征的疗效。

Observation on treating 50 cases of nephrotic syndrome with kidneys decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect on treating nephrotic syndrome with kidneys decoction. Method： 1 00 cases of nephrotic syndrome patient were randomly divided into 2 groups, treating 50 cases of treatment groups by kidneys decoction and western medicine, treating control group by western medicine. Result： The complete remission rate of treatment group is 26.0%, and the total effective of control group is 92.0% （P〈0.05）. urine protein, serum creatinine, triglyceride have significant improvement （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： With the kidneys decoction can accelerate the effect ofnephrotic syndrome.
