腹针治疗颈椎病的临床观察

目的：观察腹针和体针治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：64例患者随机平分为2组，治疗组采取腹针治疗，对照组采取体针治疗。结果：治疗组和对照组的积分较治疗前有不同程度的提高，两组内比较（P〈0．01），有非常显著意义，两组间比较，治疗组积分提高的幅度远大于对照组（P〈0．01），有非常显著意义。结论：腹针疗法能迅速改善神经根型颈椎病气血不足型患者的症状，疗效明显优于传统体针治疗，值得临床推产。

Clinical observation on cervical spondylosis by abdominal acupuncture

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating cervical spondylosis by abdominal acupuncture and body acupuncture. Methods： 64 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treating treatment group by abdominal acupuncture, and treating control group by body acupuncture. Result： The integral of treatment group and abdominal acupuncture have different degree of increase after treatment, within groups compare have very notable significance （P〈0.01）, the integral of treatment group is greater than abdominal acupuncture in the level of increase. Between the two groups have very notable significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The symptom of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients with inadequate blood can rapidly improve by abdominal acupuncture therapy.
