| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨活血通络止痛膏治疗软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法：选取60例软组织损伤病例，按随机分组原则，分为两组，实验组（活血通络止痛膏）30例，对照组（扶他林软膏）30例，连续治疗10天，进行疼痛、压痛、肿胀、功能活动比较。结果：实验组优良率为86．7％，其中治愈5例，显效21例，有效3例，无效1例，对照组优良率为56．7％，其中治愈3例，显效14例，有效11例，无效2例。结论：活血通络止痛膏治疗软组织损伤疗效显著。

A clinical study on treating soft tissue injury with Huoxue Tongluo Zhitong paste |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating soft tissue injury with Huoxue Tongluo Zhitong paste. Method： Sixty subjects were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group and control group, the curative effect was observed and analyzed. Rrsult： In experimental group, 5 cases were cured, 21 cases were apparently improved, 3 cases were improved and 1 case were failed. In control group, 3 cases were cured, 14 cases were apparently improved, 11 cases were improved, 2 cases were failed. The total effective rate was 86.7% in observation group and 56.7% in control group. Conclusion： This paste has good effect on soft tissue injury. |
