针药结合治疗中风的效果分析

目的：观察针药结合治疗中风的疗效。方法：将我院110例中风患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，对照组患者均予西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用补阳还五汤和针刺治疗。结果：经过治疗，治疗组总有效率为91．9％，显著高于对照组的74．5％，治疗组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论：针药结合治疗中风可互补其短，内外兼治，有助于患者肢体及语言的恢复，提高患者的生活质量。

An effective anslysis of treating stroke by acupuncture plus medicine

Objective： To observe effects of treating stroke by acupuncture plus medicine. Methods： 110 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital, control group patients were used routine we stern medicine, treatment group patients were based on the use BHD Huanwu decoction and acupuncture. Results： After treatment, treatment group total effective rate was 91.9%, significantly higher than control group＇s 74.5%, treatment group neurological impairment scores were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. All patients had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment stroke can complement the short, combined Internal and External, contribute to the recovery of patients with physical and language, to improve the quailty of life of patients.
