脑出血外科治疗的临床研究

目的：研讨临床治疗脑出血的最佳方案。方法：采用锥颅或钻颅穿刺微创治疗和开颅手术，血肿清除治疗脑出血。结果：全组病例共计148例，近期疗效Ⅰ级22．3％，Ⅱ级23．6％，Ⅲ29．1％，Ⅳ级16．9％，Ⅴ级8．1％。结论：脑出血可外科干预开展锥颅或钻颅穿刺引流术，也可以开颅血肿清除术，但综合治疗尤为重要。文中讨论了手术时机、方法、围手术期综合治疗、并发症的防治与疗效的关系。
