大承气汤低压保留灌肠辅助治疗粘连性肠梗阻56例分析

目的：探讨大承气汤治疗单纯性粘连性肠梗阻的效果。方法：所有患者均为本院住院患者。共观察112例，并随机分成2组。其中治疗组56例：男36例，女20例，年龄35～76岁，平均57岁；对照组56例：男33例，女23例，年龄40～72岁，平均53岁。两组均采用禁食、胃肠减压、输液维持水电解质平衡、静脉持续泵入奥曲肽、抗生素应用等治疗。对照组以200ml植物油匀胃管灌注，1次／d。治疗组以复方大承气汤200ml自胃管灌注，1次／d。两组均治疗3d。结果：治疗组56例，治愈52例。好转2例，无效2例，治愈率93％，有效率96％；对照组56例，治愈35例，好转5例，无效16例，治愈率63％，有效率71％。两组比较有显著性差异（P〈O．05）。结论：大承气汤具有通里攻下，行气消胀止痛作用，对单纯性粘连性肠梗阻起到良好作用，较单纯西医治疗有明显优势。

Clinical analysis on adjuvant treating 56 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction of by low pressure retention eneman with Dacheng Qi decoction

Objective： To investigate the effect of treating adhesive intestinal obstruction with Dacheng Qi decoction. Methods： 112 patients were randomly divied into 2 groups. 50 cases of treatment groups have 36 cases of males and 20 cases of female; 56 cases of control groups have 33 cases of males and 23 cases of female. To treat two groups by aasting, gastrointestinal decompression, fluid to maintain fluid and electrolyte balance, intravenous continuous infusion of oetreotide, antibiotics application. In control group to inject 200ml vegetable oil into stomach tube, 1/d. In treatment group to inject 200ml Dacheng Qi decoction into stomach tube, 1/d. Treatment of two groups are 3d. Result： 56 cases of treatment groups, 52 were cured, 2 were improved, 2 were invalid, and the Cure rate was 93%, the efficient reta was 96%; 56 cases of control groups, 35 were cured. 5 were improved, 16 were invalid, and the Cure rate was 63%, the efficient reta was 71%. The comparation of tew groups was significant difference. Conclusion： Dacheng Qi decoction have function of Tongli Gongxia, Xingqi Xiaozhong and relieving pain, to traet adhesive intestinal obstruction with Dacheng Qi decoction get a good result, it is better than westem medicine.
