中西医结合治疗痛风的临床疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗痛风的临床疗效。方法：随机选取2005年7月～2008年3月我们院经治62例痛风患者，随机分为两组，治疗组32人，对照组30人。对照组患者口服西药秋水仙碱；治疗组在对照组的基础上同时口服中药，然后比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组在临床治愈率、改善血尿酸、缓解急性期症状等方面均明显好于对照组（P〈0．05），而且治疗组复发率低，不良反应少。结论：采用中药联合西药治疗痛风的办法能够改善痛风症状，并且减少患者血尿酸水平和减少复发。

Clinical effective observation on treating gout in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe clinical effects of treating gout in the integrative medicine. Methods： Choose from July 2007-March 2008 the 62 patients with gout, randomly divided into treatment 32 patients and control group 30 patients. The control patients by western medicine; the treatment patients in the integrative medicine, compare of two groups clinical effects. Result： In treatment group the clinical cure rate, improve uric acid, ease acute symptoms is better than the control group （P〈0.05）, and treatment group recurrence rate low, adverse reactions less. Conclusion： Methods of treating gout in the integrative medicine can be improve gout symptom, and reduce patient uric acid level and reduce relapse.
