摘    要:当前,旨在提升医务人员伦理和法律素养的培训日益增多。然而,由于培训中存在培训目的不明确、培训保障机制不健全、培训内容设置随意、培训环节不完善以及培训对医务人员的显性效用不明显等问题,培训难以达到预期效果。因此,将医务人员对伦理和法律知识的掌握程度纳入职称评定考核范围,加强对培训的管理,构建培训的闭环管理体系,必将有利于增强培训的实效性,有利于医务人员综合素养的提升,也有利于医患关系的和谐与医学的健康发展。

Abstract:Nowadays training aimed on enhancing the ethical and legal diathesis of medical staff grows greatly. However, it fails to achieve the expected result due to the unclear training aim, imperfect training and guaranteeing mechanism, nonstandard training contents, imperfect training process, and inconspicuous implicit utility to the medical staff. Therefore, in order to strengthen the training effectiveness, enhance the comprehensive diathesis of medical staff, harmonize the doctor-patient relationship and promote the medical development, it is necessary to include the ethical and legal knowledge of medical staff into the professional title evaluation, improve the training management, and construct a closed-looped training management system.
