中医治疗癫痫的药物类别研究

目的：通过对中医治疗癫痫文献分析，探讨中医治疗癫痫的用药规律。方法：收集1988～2008年间的中医治疗癫痫文献，对中药功效、单药进行统计分析。结果：所有药物类别分析：①在单味药频次分析中发现，石菖蒲、天南星等药居前列；②息风止痉药和化痰药与其他类药物比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：治疗癫痫最常用的药物为息风止痉药、化痰药，其次为开窍药、补气药。

Drug category study on treating epilepsy in TCM

Objective： By analysing the literatures about treatment of epilepsy, inquire the regular pattern of traditional Chinese medical science and herbal medicines curing epilepsy. Method： Collect all the literatures about treatment of epilepsy published from 1988 to 2008. Analysis of the data which is acquired from the nature and effects of the frequently used herbal medicines about treatment of epilepsy. Result： Drug category： （1）Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii and Rhizoma Arisaematis are the most frequently used in the single herbal medicines; （2）Compaired with others, the data in extinguish wind to arrest convulsions herbs and resolve phlegm herbs is significant; Conclusion： The most frequently used herbal medicines in the two literature types were extinguish wind to arrest convulsions herbs, as well as resolve phlegm herbs. The orifice-opening medicinal were used more frequently than the qi-tonifying medicinal.
