中西医结合治疗难治性心力衰竭30例疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法：60例患者随机分为两组，对照组30例按常规抗心力衰竭治疗包括治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上加服自拟抗心力衰竭中药（参芪养心汤）。结果：中药配合治疗组总有效率90％治疗效果明显优于纯西药治疗组。结论：中西医结合治疗难治性心衰有较好的临床疗效。

Effective observation of treating 30 cases of refractory heart failure in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the clinical effect of refractory heart failure. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups according to the group, 30 cases of routine treatment including heart failure. 30 cases were treated with conventional treatment on the basis of resistance to serve Chinese CanQi （hf） Result： Yangxin soup herbal treatment group total effectiveness is obviously superior to 90% of the treatment of pure western medicine treatment group. Conclusion： combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment failure, refractory has good curative effect.
