穴位按摩为主治疗产后尿潴留36例

目的：观察以穴位按摩为主治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法：采用穴位按摩法加中药外熏法及护理的治疗方法。结果：36例患者中，治愈33例，占91．7％，显效3例，占8．3％，总有效率100％。结论：行相应的穴位按摩等治疗，能加强膀胱功能的恢复，减少尿潴留的发生。

Treating 36 cases of postpartum urinary retention by acupressure

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating postpartum urinary retention by acupressure. Methods： Treating postpartum urinary retention by acupressure plus Chinese foreign smoked law and nursing. Results： In 36 cases of postpartum urinary retention, cured, accounting for 91.7%, 3 patients were markedly, accounting for 8.3%, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： Treating postpartum urinary retention by acupressure can strengthen the function of bladder and to reduce the urinary retention.
