益气活血中药配合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效观察

目的：益气活血中药联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法：60例晚期胃癌患者，随机分成治疗组30例、对照组30例；治疗组采用益气活血中药联合联合FOLFOX4方案，对照组采用FOLFOX4方案化疗。其中，益气活血中药，水煎日一剂，早晚各一剂，连续服用8周；化疗（FOLFOX4方案）采用草酸铂85mg／m^2，d1；CF200mg／m^2，d1、2，静脉滴注；5-FU400mg／m^2，d1、2，静脉冲入；5．FU600mg／m^2，d1连续48小时泵入；4周期后判定近期疗效。结果：两组的两组疗后有效率（CR＋PR）分50．0％，40．0％，P〉0．05；而受益率（CR＋PR＋SD）分别为80．0％、56．7％，P〈0．05。益气活血中药既可以改善患者的血液高凝状态、提高患者的细胞免疫功能，又可以缓解化疗药物的毒副反应、改善患者的生活质量。结论：益气活血中药联合FOLF OX4方案治疗晚期胃癌有较好的疗效。

Effective observation on treating advanced gastric cancer by Yiqi Huoxue plus FOLFOX4

Objective： To observe the effect of Drugs for supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation co mbined with FOLFOX4 regimen in treating advanced colon cancer. Methods： 60 advanced colon cancer patients were r andomly assigned to treatment group （30 patients） and control group （30 patients）. Results： Response rate（CR＋PR） wa s 50.0%, 40.0%, P〉0.05; Clinical beneficial rate （CR＋PR＋SD） was 80.0% and 56.7% respectively （P〈0.05）. Drugs for supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation decreased blood hypercoagul ability, improved the subject ts＇ cellul ar immune function, relieved myelosuppression of chemotherapeutic agents and improved their life. Conclusion： FOLF OX4 regimen combined with had better effect in treatment of Drugs for supplementing Qi and activating blood circulat ion advanced colon cancer.
