中医中药治疗心功能不全（心力衰竭）的临床研究

心功能不全（心力衰竭）为多种心脏病的后期转归，每因劳倦过甚，情志刺激，外感或妊娠分娩等因素而诱发加重。祖国医药治疗“心衰”有较好的疗效，尤其对慢性心衰更好。另外，如有的患者对用洋地黄后有副作用或长期应用洋地黄而效果较差者可以考虑用中医中药。祖国医学从其一临床症状表现（左心衰：胸闷、气短、喘息、心慌、咯血、肺部有干湿性罗音；右心袁：肝大、水肿、腹胀、恶心、呕吐等症状），一般属于水肿、喘咳的范围。认为是“气阳虚衰”，证在心、肺、脾、肾四脏气阳虚衰。临床中，心脏病人迁延日久，则气血阴阳均属虚衰。气阴两虚（慢性心衰）、水肿（脾肾阳虚，水湿泛滥）、呼吸困难（肺’肾两虚、水气上泛）等证型，应用中医中药辨证治疗，均能够取得满意的临床疗效。

Considered as ＂Qiyang Xushuai＂, the key is Qiyang Xushuai of heart, lung, spleen, kidney. In clinical, the patients with HD for long time, Qixue Yinyang is Xushuai. Qiyin Liangxu （Chronic heart failure）, edema （Pishen Yangxu, flood water wet）, difficulty breathing （Feishen Liangxu, Shuiqi Shangfan） and other syndromes, treatment in differentiation in TCM, have good effect in clinical effective.
