| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床措施及治疗效果。方法：将我院2008年1月至2010年2月治疗的慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者64例，随机分为观察组38例（中西医结合治疗）和对照组26例（单纯西医治疗），对两组患者的治疗情况进行对比。结果：两组总有效率相比差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。治疗1年后进行随访，两组的复发率相比差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著，且复发率低，提高了患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical measures curative effects of treating chronic ulcerative colitis in integrative medicine. Method： Choose from January 2008 to February 2010 the 64 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis, randomly divided into observer group for 38 cases and control group for 26 cases, compare treatment situation of the two group patients. Result： Compare the two group total efficient have a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Follow-up of treatment after 1 year, compare the recurrence rate of two group have a significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Effects notable of treating chronic ulcerative colitis in integrative medicine. |
