中西医结合治疗成人紫癜性肾炎的临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗成人紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法：73例紫癜性肾炎患者随机分为治疗组（38例）与对照组（35例），均予西药常规治疗，治疗组加用中药汤剂1：2服。疗程为6月。结果：治疗组完全缓解率、总有效率分别为57．89％、94．37％；对照组分别为37．14％、74．43％。两组间比较其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗紫癜性肾炎疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Clinical observation on treating adult purpura nephritis in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating adult purpura nephritis in the integrative medicine. Method： 73 cases of purpura nephritis were randomly divided into 38 cases of treatment group and 35 cases of control group, and treating that with conventional western medicine, and treating treatment group with oral medicine decoction. The treatment is 6 mouths. Method： The complete remission rate of treatment group is 57.89%, and total effective rate of treatment group is 94.37%; the control groups were 37.14% and 74.43%. The difference between two groups have statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating purpura nephritis in the integrative medicine is better than western medicine.
