柴胡陷胸汤治疗冠心病心绞痛气滞痰阻证的临床研究

目的：观察柴胡陷胸汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将120例冠心病心绞痛气滞痰阻证病人随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例），治疗组服用柴胡陷胸汤治疗，对照组服用单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗，疗程均为4周，观察两组治疗前后心绞痛疗效、硝酸甘油停减情况、心电图疗效、中医证候疗效和积分变化情况及不良反应。结果：两组治疗后均有改善心绞痛、心电图和减停硝酸甘油用量等作用，但组间比较无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；而治疗组中医证候疗效明显优于对照组（P〈O．05），且中医证候积分减少也明显优于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论：柴胡陷胸汤治疗冠心病心绞痛有较好疗效。

Clinical study on treating coronary heart disease angina phlegm stagnation of qi stagnation syndrome with Chaihu Xianxiong decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and security of treating angina pectoris with Chaihu Xianxiong decoction. Methods： Randomly divide 120 patients with coronary heart disease angina phlegm stagnation of qi stagnation syndrome into treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60cases）, taking Caihu Xianxiong decoction therapy in treatment group, taking isosorbide mononitrate tablet therapy in control, treatment for 4 weeks, observe the effect of angina, situation of nitroglycerin stopped and cut, effects of ECG, effects and situation of TCM syndrome and points change and adverse reactions before and after two group treatment. Result： After two group treatment improve the effect of angina, ECG and amount of stop and cut nitroglycerin, compare haven＇t statistics significance （P〉0.05）; Treatment group the effect of TCM syndrome is better than control group （P〈0.05）, less of TCM syndrome integral is better than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating angina pectoris with Chaihu Xianxiong decoction has a good effect.
