三种不同方法治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效比较

目的：探讨交锁髓内钉、AO加压钢板、外固定支架三种不同方法治疗胫腓骨骨折的手术效果。方法：84例胫腓骨骨折患者随机分为A、B、c三组各28例；A组：交锁髓内钉治疗、B组：AO加压钢板，C组：外固定支架。总结分析三种不同内固定方法的治疗效果。结果：A组的有效率明显高于B、c组，经统计学处理，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。A组的平均住院时间、平均手术时间、平均术中术后出血量明显低于B组、c组，经统计学处理，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效优于AO加压钢板、外固定支架，且平均住院时间、平均手术时间、平均术中术后出血量明显低于AO加压钢板、外固定支架，值得临床推广和应用。

Effective compare of treating tibial fractures by three different methous

Objective： To investigate the treatment of intramedullary nails, AO compression plate, external fixation of three different methods of surgical treatment of tibial fracture effect. Methods： 84 patients with fractures of tibia were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups of 28cases, A Group： locked intramedullary nail, B group： AO compression plate, C external fixation group, analyzed in three different the therapeutic effect of fixation. Results： A group was significantly higher than B, C group, showed statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. A group of average length of stay, mean operative time, mean intraoperative bleeding was significantly lower than the B group, C group, showed statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of intramedullary nailing in the treatment of fibular fracture treatment is better than AO compression plate, external fixation, and the average length of stay, average operation time, the average intraoperative bleeding was significantly lower than the AO compression plate, external fixation, it is worth clinical practice and applications.
