中药加针刺治疗慢传输型便秘56例疗效观察

目的：观察中药加针刺治疗J慢性传榆型便秘的疗效。方法：将56例随机分为2组，治疗组用中药加针刺治疗，对照组用西沙必利治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率89．29％，治愈率25．00％。对照组总有效率60．71％，治愈率7．14％。结论：中药加针刺治疗慢传输型便秘有较好疗效。

Clinical observation on 56 cases of slow transit constipation treated with combined therapy of TCM and acupuncture

The study in order to observe the efficacy of the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture for slow transit constipation（STC）. Fifty-six patients with STC were divided into two groups randomly, patients in group A with the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine; patients in group B with the therapy of Cisapride. The general effect rate in group A was 89% and group B was 64%. It is concluded that combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture is effective for the treatment of STC.
