中西医结合治疗躁关节骨折临床疗效分析

目的：探讨中西医结合疗法治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法：77例从2006年2月至2009年1月到我院接受治疗的踝关节骨折患者被随机分为实验组（n=40）和对照组（n=37），所有患者实施石膏固定或切开复位固定手术，对照组患者采用西药常规消炎镇痛，实验组在对照组基础上采用中西医结合疗法。结果：两组患者均有不同程度的恢复，但实验组康复效果显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合应用于踝关节骨折患者的康复，能显著提高临床效果，改善患者生活质量，值得在临床上应用和推广。

The clinical effect analysis of treating ankle fracture in the integrative medicine

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Chinese traditional combined with western medicine used in treatment of fracture of ankle joint. Methods： 77 cases of patients with fracture of ankle joint from February 2006 to January 2009 in hospital for treatment were randomly divided into experimental group （n=40） and control group （n=37）. All patients were operated with plaster immobilization or open reduction with fixation, then control group was given western medicine for conventional antiphlogistic and analgesia, and experimental group was given Chinese traditional combined with western medicine on base of control group. Results： two groups of patients recovered in different levels, hut the clinical effect of experimental group was significantly better than of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese traditional combined with western medicine used in recovery of fracture of ankle joint, can significantly improve the recovered quality, and have high safety and efficiency, so it is deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
