参附注射液治疗中医寒咳的临床观察

目的：观察参附注射液对中医寒咳的临床疗效。方法：给予治疗组的30例患者用参附注射液50ml静脉滴注14天，并设对照组30例。观察两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组临床总有效率为93．3％，对照组为73．0％，两组比较差异有显著性（P=0．034）；治疗组咳嗽缓解时间小于对照组（P=0．00）。结论：参附注射液是一种治疗寒咳的有效药物，可缓解症状，加快咳嗽痊愈。

Clinical observation on treating TCM Hanke with Shenfu injection

Objective： To observe the influences of Shenfu injection on the clinical therapeutic effect in treating cold coughs patients. Methods： The cases of cold coughs were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30cases）. The treatment group were treated with 50ml of Shenfu injection through intravenous drip for 14 days. The clinical therapeutic effects were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 93.3% in Shenfu injection group and 73.0% in control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （P=-0.034）. Conclusion： Shenfu injection is a kind of effective drug in treating cold coughs, It can Alleviate the symptoms, Speed up the cough cure.
