皮肤牵引甩肩疗法治疗肱骨外科颈外展型骨折疗效观察

目的：分析皮肤牵引甩肩疗法治疗肱骨外科颈外展型骨折临床的疗效。方法：对75例肱骨外科颈外展型骨折在临床中应用皮肤牵引甩肩疗法治疗，过程中持续练功，结合中药外敷。结果：75例患者均于3～6周达到临床愈合标准，平均随访3个月，根据Neer评定系统优良率达93％。结论：皮肤牵引甩肩疗法治疗肱骨外科颈外展型骨折是一种简便有效的方法。
