| 摘 要： | 目的：分析中医治疗癫痫的相关文献，对中医治疗癫痫的用药规律进行探讨。方法：搜集1988～2008年间公开发表的中医治疗癫痫的文献，筛选出符合要求的文章后，对文章中所涉及的中药单药及归经进行统计，将所得数据使用SPSS16．0进行分析。结果：①分析所有药物出现的频次发现，石菖蒲、天南星、半夏、全蝎、僵蚕、天麻等依次位居前列；②分析前30味药物归经发现，以归肝、心、脾经为主，并与其他各经比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在治疗癫痫中归肝、心，脾经的药物使用频次最高。

| Abstract: | Objective： By analyzing the literatures about treatment of epilepsy, inquire the regular pattern of traditional Chinese medical science and herbal medicines curing epilepsy. Method： Collect all the literatures about treatment of epilepsy published from 1988 to 2008, select articles met the requirement. Analysis of the data by the software SPSS 16.0 which is acquired from the channle distributions of the frequently used herbal medicines involved in the literatures about treatment of epilepsy. Result： Classification： ORhizoma Acori Tatarinowii and Rhizoma Arisaematis are the most frequently used in the single herbal medicines; （2）There is statistical meaning in the herbal medicines distributed to liver, heart and spleen channels. Conclusion： The most frequently used herbal medicines were those distributed to liver, heart and spleen channels. |
