| 摘 要： | 目的:观察老年慢性肺心病合并多脏器功能衰竭(MOF)者伴有急性心肌梗死(AMI)的心电图(EKG)特征。方法:应用常规12导联EKG检查,系统分析肺心病合并心肌右室梗死(RVI)的EKG的变化和规律。结果:AMI时ST-T改变并呈单向曲线,RVI时V3R～V7RST段抬高≥1mm为佳,而且是早期诊断RVI的最好方法。结论:当肺心病并发MOF与其并发AMI时某些病情相似,又有重叠,容易被单一原因解释而误诊,以资鉴别,以便达到早期诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the cardiac features of the aged chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated by multiple organ failure (MOF)accompanying with cardiac arrhythmia or acute myocardial infarction (AMI) Method To analyze the vary discipline by routine 12 electrodes EKG Results It is the best early diagnosis wag that ST-T builds a mono directional curve for AMI and V3RV7 ST elevates more than 1mm for RVI Conclusion Some clinical features of the chronic pulmonary disease complicated with MOF accompanying AMI are similar and overlapped ,so the wrong diagram meg is made ,the patients can get early diagram and treatment by the differentiation of them . |
