手术治疗直肠阴道瘘临床分析(附12例报告)

因产伤、感染及不恰当使用硬化剂或坏死剂注射治疗痔疮，造成的直肠阴道瘘，给妇女健康及生活带来严重危害。如适时采取正确手术治疗则可修复，解除患者痛苦。本文报告了自１９９２～１９９５年间手术治疗直肠阴道瘘１２例，提出以纽扣为支架，充分完整切除瘘管及周围瘢痕组织，分离直肠粘膜层，直肠壁肌层，左右提肛肌边缘及阴道粘膜层。分层间断缝合，保证组织血液供应是手术成功的关键。

Surgical treatment of rectovaginal fistula 12 cases and its analyrio

The rectovaginal fistula caused by birth injury, infection and inappropriate use of sclerosing and necrotizing agents for treating hemorrhoid could bring about serious effects on women's health.Correct and timely surgical treatment can relieve the patients from suffering. Twelve cases of rectovaginal fistula treated by the following method from 1992 to 1995 were reported in this study. In the procedure, a button was used as the support to resect fistula and the surrounding scar completely, then clearly dissect the rectal mucus and muscle layer, edges of bilateral muscle levator ani, and vaginal mucus layer.Each layer of the rectal and vaginal wall sutured separately to ensure the blood supply of the tissue is the key point for the success of this operation.
