| 摘 要： | 牛脑经匀浆后用生理盐水提取，提取液再经ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ５０柱层析纯化，用部分收集仪收集不同组分，收集液经硅胶薄层层析后用茚三酮显色，收集与神经传导肽Ｒｆ（Ｒｅｍｏｖｅｆａｃｔｏｒ）值相近的含有２组分的混合物（牛神经肽１和牛神经肽２），再经硅胶柱层析纯化。用部分收集仪收集纯化后的２种牛神经肽。经薄层层析展层和茚三酮显色，结果表明：２种牛神经肽已被分开，牛神经肽１的Ｒｆ值为０５０，牛神经肽２的Ｒｆ值为０４５。

| Abstract: | After bovine brain was homogenezed,it was extracted by saline.The extracted solution was purified by Sephadex G50 column chromatography,and different fractions was collected with fraction collector.The collected solution was examined by thin layer chromatography and ninhydrin colouring.The collected solution was purified by silica G column chromatography again.Bovine neuropeptides 1 and 2 were respectively collected by fraction collector,and were examined by thin layer chromatography and ninhydrin colouring.The result showed that neuropeptides 1 and 2 had been isolated The Rf (remove factor) values of isolated bovine neuropeptides 1 and 2 were 0.50 and 0.45,respectively. |
