| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）患儿心肌酶活性的变化及其临床意义。方法以30例健康儿童作对照组,对50例MPP患儿（观察组）行心肌酶及心电图检查,并在加用抗氧化剂治疗后复查。结果观察组患儿心肌酶活性及心电图异常率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组治疗后的心肌酶活性较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,21例患儿的心电图恢复正常。结论部分MPP患儿存在心肌损害,心肌酶可作为诊断依据和观察病情及判断预后的有效指标。

| Abstract: | Objective TO explore the changes of serum myocardial enzymes in the children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP)and its clinical significance.Methods Serum myocardial enzymes and electrocardiograms in 50 cases with MPP were examined,and 30 health infants were in control group.The above tests were reexamined after treatment with antioxidizer.Results The levels of serum myocardial enzymes and abnormal rate of electrocardiograms in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum myocardial enzymes were significantly reduced after appropriate treatment in the observation group(P<0.05).The vast majority of electrocardiogram changes could return to normal.Conclusion There is different degree of myocardial injury in children with MPP,myocardial enzyme could be used as a valuable indicator for diagnosis,observing tendency,and predicting prognosis of the myocardial injury. |
