| 摘 要： | 目的：观察联合使用灯盏花与尼达尔治疗老年人缺血性脑血管疾病的临床疗效，探讨其作用机理。方法：在６３例病人中有４０例先单用尼达尔治疗２周，在治疗前、后分别做脑血流图、血、流变学和纤维蛋白原检查进行对照。然后，对６３例病人联合用药，同样在治疗前、后做脑血流图、血流变学和纤维蛋白原检查进行分析，最后对两组病人３进行临床疗效的对比分析。结果：联合用药组临床有效率明显高于单一用药。结论：治疗缺血性脑血管疾病

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of combination of breviscapinum and nimodipine on cerebrall vascular disease Methods:Forty of 63 elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were initially treated with Nimodipine single therapy for two weeks and total of 63 patients followed were administered with a combination of breviscapinum and nimodipine Changes of rheoencephalogram, blood rheology and fibrinogen were observed before and after the treatments and clinical improvements for two therapies were evaluatedResults:The combination therapy showed a significant effect on ischemic cerebrovascular disease compared with the single therapyConclusion:Combination breviscapinum and nimodipine therapy that is a combination of Chinese and west medicine showed a more favourably clinicl improvement in the elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease |
