醒脾养儿颗粒联合消旋卡多曲治疗儿童轮状病毒性肠炎临床研究

目的:观察消旋卡多曲联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗儿童轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法:将82例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿按照随机数字的方法分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组给予消旋卡多曲,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予醒脾养儿颗粒,比较2组患儿治疗前后的血清心肌酶水平、症状改善情况及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,2组患儿血清心肌酶各项水平与治疗前相比均降低(P<0.05),且观察组血清心肌酶各项水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的发热持续时间、腹泻持续时间、呕吐持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消旋卡多曲联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的患儿,可以促进心肌功能恢复,提升症状改善的程度,安全性良好。

Clinical Study on Xingpi Yang'er Granules Combined with Racecadotril for Rotaviral Enteritis in Children

Objective:To observe the curative effect of racecadotril combined with Xingpi Yang'er granules for rotaviral enteritis in children.Methods:A total of 82 cases of children with rotaviral enteritis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with racecadotril,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xingpi Yang'er granules based on the treatment of the control group.The levels of myocardial enzymes in serum before and after treatment,the improvement of symptoms and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of myocardial enzymes in serum in the two groups were all decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of fever,diarrhea and vomiting in the observation group was all shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of racecadotril combined with Xingpi Yang'er granules in treating rotaviral enteritis in children can promote the recovery of myocardial function and the improvement of symptoms with good safety.
