艾灸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝临床研究

目的:观察艾灸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果。方法:纳入98例腹股沟斜疝患儿,应用随机数字表法分为2组各49例,对照组采用中药穴位贴敷治疗,观察组采用艾灸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗,2组疗程均为1个月。比较2组患儿的住院天数、住院费用、家长对护理工作的满意度、复发率及治疗后的效果。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院天数、住院费用均少于对照组(P<0.05),家长的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组半年复发率、1年复发率均低于对照组,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸联合中药穴位贴敷发挥了补益脾胃、升阳固脱、逐寒湿、行气血、透肝经的功效,有助于提升疗效、缩短病程,从而有效改善腹股沟斜疝的临床症状和体征,并能提高患儿家属对护理措施的满意度。

Clinical Study of Moxibustion Combined with Point Application with Chinese Herbal Medicine on Inguinal Hernia in Children

Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion combined with point application with Chinese herbal medicine on inguinal hernia in children.Methods:A total of 98 cases of children with inguinal hernia were included and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with point application with Chinese herbal medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for one month.The hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,nursing satisfaction of patients,recurrence rates and the effect after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment for one month,the clinical effect in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of patients was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The half-year and one-year recurrence rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of moxibustion combined with point application with Chinese herbal medicine exerts the effect of tonifying and replenishing the spleen and stomach,upraising the middle qi to rescue from desertion,expelling cold-dampness,moving qi and blood as well as venting the liver meridian,which helps to improve curative effect and shorten the course of disease,thus effectively improving the clinical symptoms and signs of inguinal hernia and the with nursing measures of children's family members.
